  • The Survey

    “Survey” refers to when the salesperson receives a list of the items you need moved. This can be done in person, or virtually. The end result of a survey is an estimated shipment weight, which is the key factor in determining pricing.

    The survey also gives us insights into what other factors will impact your move, such as crating for delicate items, what size of truck will fit on your street & property, or other specialty third party services.

  • The Estimate

    The estimate is a written list of requested moving services and the associated charges, and will display all items in detail.

  • Packing Service

    Full Pack

    Our trained packers place your household items safely in boxes to ensure they survive the trip to your new home. Packing includes wrapping items in packing paper and placing them snugly into moving boxes.

    Partial Pack

    We will pack only select items you have chosen, and ensure their safe transport.

  • Loading

    All furniture is wrapped in padded blankets, upholstered furniture and mattresses are put in large bags to prevent soiling. Some larger items like desks, treadmills, and bed frames may need to be disassembled to facilitate moving them. Items are then loaded on the truck/trailer securely for transport.

  • Storage

    Are you are waiting for keys for your new home, needing rooms emptied for renovations, or simply de-cluttering?

    We are able to store your possessions in our large capacity warehouse for as little or as much time as you need. The warehouse is climate controlled, secured, and has monitored alarm service.

  • Delivery

    When we move your possessions into your new home, we will place furniture and boxes into the rooms under your direction. Our movers will reassemble anything they needed to disassemble in your previous home.

  • Unpacking

    Some people prefer to take their time to unpack themselves, and find places for the contents at a leisurely rate. Others may require extra help unpacking, enabling them to get settled in as quickly as possible.

    Our unpack service includes placing the contents on your tables, countertops, and beds, so you can put things in their proper place. At the end of the day, we will take away all the empty moving boxes and packing paper. If you require additional help, ask about our white glove unpack service.
