- Hiring
Quick Transfer has developed an extensive hiring process that typically only 10% of qualified candidates will pass. The entire interview process takes approximately 5-6 hours over a number of days and meetings. It covers written and verbal communication skills, aptitude, ability, integrity, family support structure, appearance and screening for disposition towards honesty, management, drugs and alcohol.
- Pre-screening, resumé, handwritten application etc.
- Job skills screening
- Life skills and character traits screening
- Team member’s acceptance screening and PASS III (morals and ethics evaluation) testing.
- Road test (drivers only)
- Training
Quick Transfer employees are trained 3 times that of our average industry competitor. Training is conducted and focused on three separate areas; job skills, life skills and character. In order for a customer to trust us with all of their possessions, all three pillars must be in place.
